I have book flat in Saarrthi ShimmerNShine in November 2011. Initially I had some issue with serves from builder. But After meeting with Directors of Saarrthi Group Pune, they have taken. Initiative to solve my problems and almost all issue sorted out. They have a customer care where customer can file complaint and it will solved on priority basis.
Now they have a much improve customer care Service compare to other builders where customer is treated in good manner.
