Totally unprofessional, big time cheat. We, the residents of Sovereign are suffering for basic amenities like water, electricity because this builder has cheated us with the help of corrupt MSEB officers. Builder did not clear the outstanding due amount of common meters in the premises. He promised so many thing while purchasing. He even went a step ahead to do some heinous acts like cutting water supply for the society because he wanted to earn extra money on the context of high maintenance charges. Don’t invest your hard earned money in his projects. Please look for some other reputed builders in Pune.
