Issues in Sentosa paradise wakad which people came to know after buying the flat.
Parking space- Builder has given covered and open parking. If the open parking owner parks the car in his open parking. Covered parking owner will not get the required space to get his car out.
4-5 flat owners dont have parking area and they have given the flats on rent. Tenants of the flat parks their vehicles . In others parking without informing.
In his project broacher he says that "Anti skied tiles will be there in the balcony" but in actual he has given the

- He has mentioned the temple in garden area. But, in actual he has build one tin-shade for Sai Baba. I know that the god

He has not even installed the easy move pipe for gas cylinder pipe.
There are many leakages in flat. In washroom roof. Above the tile skirting in all rooms.
There is small garden in society. But he has marked the open parking lines on the entrance of garden which also blocks the front society gate.
Buy the measuring tape and Measure the area of flat. The area is less than he says at the time of selling. He writes the measurement in Sq.ft
