Builder’s apartment is decent but none of the apartment has an OC. So before putting your hard earned money, think twice.
After you buy, the builder’s behaviour changes. They will not be responding at all.
He has not done fire safety work in the apartment & has been delaying a lot. You may pay less for the flats but you will find many things missing like fire safety, second coat of exterior painting, OC, borewell, cauvery connection etc. All these will be provided by reputed builders.
