I had booked a flat recently in Sai Roshan Infra project and the builder asked me to book the flat and they will deliver in a Month .After given the token amount they have stated playing .
He have taken 45 days but when I asked about the next process for loan processing and registration every time said it will be delay if you want to take your money u can take. Just trying to say here don’t believe on this developer who will fool you and they will accept token amount from other who will gave higher amount they will sale the flat to that fellow .Never go for this developer properties.
