I have booked a villa in Paraiso and thought found a decent deal for a decent price. Yes as other user said we can customise as per our requirements the plan. So far so good. Done with registration and the builders did help me in completing banking formalities and with registration.
Hoping things would better moving forward. A decent builder overall, will keep updating as things progress in terms of construction.
The were flexible with multiple revisions of plans proposed by me, which I felt and heard from other builders may not be that easy.
