I went for Sairung’s launch near Wagholi last month, booked 3 plots as it was completely NA sanctioned and got a bank loan approved for 90% of the amount. They are very transparent with their deal and it was a good experience. Planning to recommend my friends . N A property is really important for immediate construction . I always wanted N.A. plot so that I can build my own house . I just hope the further process goes smoothly again.
