Which eventually I purchased the same. As promised by him and the management the sale deed was registered and got 7/12 extract before time. Recently I was in need of money for some family emergency. I approached Sairung Developer for resale my plot. The transaction happened so fast that within one month I got my money with almost double the price I invested out of which I was requiring only half of the amount and balance I again invested in their new project.
