I have also planned to purchase the plot from sairung but lots of people told me that don’t buy a plot from sairung developers because they did not provide plot registration on time. Also cross checked the online negative reviews and comments but there are also some positive comments.
So went to sairung’s office and they have provided me a good deal at bhor with just minimum token amount alo less effort
