Are these TeamYesh Genuine and legal?


One of my friends bought a plot when Sairung City Plotting was done somewhere in 2006-2007


He was told that the TeamYesh will become residential(NA) in some years but it never happened til now.


Can anybody tell if his money is wasted in a property fraud case or not?


Why is it taking so long to come under NA and By when is it expected to be NA?

HelloSairung city is a 120 acre project in Hinjewadi which was started and sold between 2001 and 2007. It was sold as an agricultural bungalow plot and more than thousands of clients have bought a plot there. Sairung has also executed every clients individual sale deed and got their 7/12 extract. Since the village in which the property exists is coming under the PCMC in the next 2 years the entire zone should change into residential by default. If you are interested in constructing in your plot now you can always get the permission from the gram panchayat and construct immediately which we will help you in.
