This realestate company JSMIL(JAI SANTOSHI Maa Infrastructure limited) has many projects across Orissa and surprisingly they sell their projects very easily with their attractive price tag. BUT they are really not giving some of the basic needs, which they are committing at the beginning. Many people struggling from 4 - 5 years to get their property possession from JSMIL. I am one of them and the construction has not started yet. And I made booking during March 2021 for a simplex at Priya river view, Urali.
Many of their own staff also not happy with their false commitments and personally telling customer to back off if they can.
Please be extra careful while making any deal with this company - JSMIL.
