Property is good. But maintenance by Shapoorji Management is pathetic especially in Maple Tower.They are not paying salary to the employees for almost 3 months.Now Garbage is also not getting cleared.Lot of issues with Lift. Security and Safety is considered to be of least priority by this Builder. Already taken the Annual Maintenance for the first year and giving low grade service. Promised facilities like CCTV to the house is not given. House Keeping is pathetic. Workers recruited in Plumbing and Electric work don’t know to do the work. They are good at collecting advance amount for wood work and do not return the money on time. Strong legal action has to be taken to set right the things in Shapoorji
