A horrible builder known for poor internal quality of flats, delayed possession(by several years), cheating customers by frequently changing plans post sale without their approval, claiming stake on plot reserved for public amenities to built additional towers(at Vasant Oasis - Andheri East) and horrible staff members, especially Facilities management team of Vasant Oasis. They make you sign one sided illegal documents during possession. If you don’t sign, they refuse possession. They treat you like dirt once you have purchased the flat from them. Their FM team is the most horrible one in the city. Had heard that Lodha is bad in this area. These people are worse. Literal thieves who will ruin your happiness with their dirty policies, tactics and high handedness. Stay away from this builder. Especially, their project Vasant Oasis and the Malad one. Buying from them is like jumping into fire.
