Now here are few things:-
Parking slot is full of dust - many people have fallen sick coz of the dust. Floor wasnt proper and even if you walk it is like sand storm in Dubai.’
Builder will not provide common area lights - have you heard it anywhere?
During his tenure of maintenance(we had paid in advance) he will not pay for consumables like electricity, etc
No painting, wall seepage - all crap and crap but he will say project is done and handed over you have to listen.
Their staffs - sales staffs beg till the booking once booked. CRM you should see they are crap to the core they speak all nonsense. Engineer is worse he threatensGuys, sincere suggestion never buy from this builder.
