I purchased a 2 BHK flat at Shree Royal City at the Jhansi-Shivpuri Highway .The royal city is a mega project of shree developers present in jhansi .There are many more projects available from shree developers either in jhansi or in the nearby area.
They promised to deliver the Flat complete by Diwali of 2015 .Its 2018 now still my flat is not complete .The flat I purchased is in the same condition since past 2 and a half years .There is no considerable growth .The railings of the balcony have now corroded and even the tiles used are of such quality that many are broken and are not replaced till now even after repetitive complaints .
The customer service is pathetic the staff made me sigh the possession letter to get the registry done, they told that due to GST the registry prices would increase so get it done now .Even after 8 months of registry still my flat is not in a condition to move .It still needs repairing .The wooden carpentry work was done by the contractor appointed by shree royal city .Every now and then they want more money .For something or the other .Evn the money for the ddamages done during construction are added to my bill .They have already taken more than 4 lacs than the total assumed cost of the flat including work .
The light fittings are also not proper .I gain and gain need to visit the site to get the work done .otherwise the workers go on long vacations every months .Such kind of irresponsible behavior is shown by there staff .Whenever I complain to the top management they tell that due to the damages its taking time and all the repairs will be done soon .The construction work is very slow and the quality of materials they are using is not good .I am thinking of moving to court in order to get the flat .
