I booked a flat at nature’s view bhowali, nainital.mr Sanjay pathak was so adamant that we just fell into the trap.at first he told us that we have to pay only 9 or 10 lacks and the rest will be financed.moreover he projected that one shud have a permanent place at a hill station and so and so.we paid him around 8 lacs but then these guys showed their true colours.he told us that that finance is not possible since we were from U.P.and to add he told us that we will have to pay 7k for maintenance monthly apart from the cost.we shud inform at least a week before our visit and also we canvisit 3 times only in a year.he also told us that we can take our money back if not agreeing. We were like....boom.so we decided that we will go for refund.but since 2014 I haven’t got my hard earned money.these cheaters have returned just 5 lacs which was given by cheque.i was asked by Mr Sanjay pathak to talk to the accountant.now the accountant Mr satish Sharmadoesn’t pick my phone and neither Mr Sanjay pathak does.when I call from some other no then I am told that COMPANY is running short of funds.now I am fed up.being a doctor me and my wife feel cheated and these cheaters have gulped down our hard earned money.i have no hope now.just imagine my situation.
Plz plz don’t believe these scoundrels.they are just thugs.hope you guys will learn from my mistake.i even have the receipt of the sum given .i can WhatsApp if anyone want.but I request all of you that these guys are nothing but cheaters.thanks ...plz help me get my money back...
