I have booked a 3bhk flat with Shriram Samskruti 2 years back. They promised to provide each house with french windows, ceramic flooring, ceramic tiles, proper sanitary system, all eceltrical switches with proper power connection, sinks and wash basins, bathroom toilets and main doors, white washed ceilings, open kitchen with granite flooring, working elevators, power backups. All these were provided with the home I booked with them. So, I’m satisfied with the builder.
The documents were genuine and were given at the time of possession. Though this builder delayed the time of possession by 4 months.Intitially I was also frustrated with that, but when they handover my home I was really satisfied. Over all it was satisfactory as everything was up to the mark and genuine. Now, I’m living with my family happily in our Samskruti home.
