As our society needed renovation along with the premises we decided to give contract to shubham developers. This builder is popular in our city. The cost of the contract which he demanded was too high compared to other builder. The way he implemented the project was not nice. We gave him many suggestion but he don’t listen at all. The number of workers available with him are very less. Also the worker don’t come during holidays. The manager don’t visit the site regularly and the work was being carried out with very slow pace. We had complained this to builder but he don’t listen at all and began to scold us. He told that the contract would be cancelled and no money would be refunded. We had no option but stay calm and wait for the work to get completed. Also most of the members in our society had left the society and gone to stay in other building. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder as you will get fed up with his work.
