Before one year I plan to bought a new Flat in Indore that time I contact with Shubham Devlopers as my one relative suggest me to search the Flats with Shubham Developers but I am not satisfied with the projects of Shubham Developers.
I want to purchase the Flat for investment purpose or say for the purpose of resale but all the Flats which Shubham Developers show me is very costly. I saw approximately 3-4 his projects like in Shubham Resedency at Rajendra nagar, at A.B Road, Shubham Shubh Labh Residency at Ring Road etc .but in all Flats the rate are very high all flats starting rate is around 30 lac for 2BHK and as per rate no such type of facility and maintenance available in flats.
even the same time I also contact with another developers and saw some flats when I compare to both prices I feel the Shubham Developers provide the Flats in very High rate that’s why I did not buy the Flats with Shubham Developers.
even the customer service is not so attentive not properly explain to take the benefit of flats and also not provide the proper information related to prices and loans against to Flats.
I also suggest to everyone whenever you plan to buy your dream house firstly compare the rate of 2-3 developers then only take decision to buy the property.
