I just visited the property name called Sidharth Upscale which is located city’s prime location @ porur, which is nice one. Sales fellow is friendly to explained about project details in genuine manner also I personally felt rate per sqft is good when compared to other builders in that stretch. Quality of Constructionguru30 and rate wise also satisfied. Builder have Good compromising price. Connectivity that too fine.
