No doubt , this builder is much popular in raipur than any other builder and has much targeted audience than others.
But the system of their working is bit slow and they have this things called mantainance charges of colony which is very high and services are not worth admiring.
Staff is not much concerned about the existing customers or societies and thus pay no attention to their problems.
Also about the projects which they make are very costly and not of good quality too , at which the price is set. If you do some research you may be able to find out that their prices are 20-30% higher than other builders .
So , in my opinion please see the property before you are buy carefully.
