I purchased A903 and A904 flats in Sipani Royal Heritage and paid 10% with a subvention scheme, which promised the amount would be credited within a week. Since August 17, I’ve emailed multiple times about the refund but received no response. We chose the subvention scheme to avoid monthly burdens until registration. Please help resolve this issue—maintaining trust is crucial for both parties.
Jeeja who is responbile for raising the refund request is not all pickingthe calls and when we ask please respond she say i am wantedly not answering the calls which is very arrongan.
When people are paid for customer servie they dont even do there job i would request sipani properties to take action on this please
