This Developer artificially inflate the plot price when they sell it by telling out of the world stories however, when we want to sell the plot the prices are very cheap, now i’m in a fix where i’m not able to sell the property nor construction the house because it is not in livable condition. Now they are developing one more property just close to castle layout which has less amenities when compared for example(Transport, Provision store, school, college, hospital and lot of residential complex) however, the price quoted here we see a difference of Rs. 600 to Rs. 700, not even a single penny they will reduce when they sell. price negotiation Minus Stars.
