This builder has not constructed anything in Gurgaon or NCR. Tried his luck in construction and made a deal of a small residential FSI in Gurgaon somewhere 5 years back but did not able to close the deal and therefore no construction happened on project. They brought the FSI from PAL group which himself has lots of disputes in all sites they own. No credibility whatsoever and most of people even did not heard the name of this Builder company.
