Increase in property rates

Many developers have been keen at sensing increase in the rates of prices as and when they have been keen at sensing the signs of normalcy in the market for the properties of this particular segment. The unit sizes of many of the uses are small leading to many people showing keen interest in buying it leading to further competition.
