A resident of SLS Symphony.. Living here from 3.5 years.. Touchwood, No infrastructural and plumbing complaints, so far in my apartment.... However SLS does not know how to align the floor tiles.. If u see any SLS apartment, u will see the tiles have rough edges protruding every where..
They hire cheap labor, who will spit Paan everywhere... I have noticed that after the apartment is booked, they have urinated in there also... The disgusting thing is they say they will do a lottery for parking.. If u dont get good parking, they will say some stories (Especially Venkat Reddy.. The same guy who says sweet things when u buy the apartment... ) He will "sell" the remaining parking spots to the residents.. Not every resident will know this, and they curse their luck in the lottery, because the builder does not mark the parkings until much later..
After two years, we have noted they have given small spots to 10 + people and sold 3 or 4 spots.. They really don’t need to do those cheap tricks for extra money..
