It is the worst builder in our area. We had given him a contract of construction of buidin seven years back. But till now the work haven’t been completed. The builder is very slow in his work.
Also the building mapping and charting changes every year so the work has to be stop for few days.
Also the builder has less labours working. Apart from this the builder don’t listen to our suggestions at all. He is very rude and also he do the work according to him. He doesn’t visit the construction site regularly. Most of the people who used to stay in that building are staying on rent and have paid a huge amount of rent till now. The part of the building which is completed Don’t have proper electric and power supply. I suggest not to give contract to this builder as he will just disappoint you.
