At the time of purchase, we were given a beautiful brochure with fairy tale promises, that compelled us to purchase a flat in SMR Vinay Endeavor Apts. However, 1.5 years post handover of apartment, we are still hanging almost at the same place where we started.
There are several amenities that are still to be turned out to us residents, however the scary tale is that the builder now wants to charge us maintenance! How can one charge for maintenance when there is nothing to maintain? This simple logic is something that the builder doesn’t follow. absolute lack of ethics and focus on money extraction with least priority on delivering made promises, let along customer satisfaction.
If you want to purchase a flat from this builder, all I want to say is be aware that you are in for a long tiring battle with little peace of mind until(and if ever) the project work is completed.
