Hi I bought a flat in SMR Galaxy Bangalore, and I am reasonably happy with the quality of construction, but it is too much delayed, and builder says many things, at the time of sales, but, he couldn’t fullfill all of them, we were supposed to occupy the flat in Dec. 2009, but he says many things for the delay, but you know end of the day, we have to shell out more money for the delay. Apart from this issue, we didn’t see any major complications.
