I am one of the early buyers of SKR Meadows. Me and my colleagues have booked 6 villas here.
My experience till date:
Floor plan and layout is a great mix match of openness and lot of lung space. Floor plan is as per vastu.
Location at that time when I booked though not so great but had a feeling it will grow. Currently two big name is in that area: Godrej has launched Godrej 24 apartment project and prestige is coming with 300 Acres of development name prestige Smart city. Also Embassy has acquired 1000 acres in that area.
Have done the legal clearance by two layers Kavitha.S and P. Rajendra both of them has given a positive feedback. Then only we have gone ahead and booked.
So far the things are good and as per schedule.
I recommend skr meadows, as the area has potential and growth. And a nice project and affordable too.
