Very process oriented when it comes to cheating the customer. Even for registration they will threated with a cancellation fine if for some reason you can’t reach the site. Have a big CRM team just to harass the customer. Cheat on area, quality has also become suspect.
Basically the whole experience from booking to occupying your flat will leave a very bad taste in your mouth.
