My maternal uncle called somani Realtors builders and developers. my uncle ordered them that the project work completed in 5months. They also promised that they completed up to 4 months. Bt the staff courtesy nt good. The all staff didn’t came everyday. As my uncle and aunt told the head mechanic and the owner of the builders.bt they didn’t took any neccesary steps.they promised that they completed the building within 5 months. Bt they take 8months to completed. When they ordered all the essential comodites that are needed to made the flat.all the rooms are not larger. The structure of all the rooms are jst very old and too much smaller. The price was also very high rated. Approximately 50 to 60 lachs. The bad service provider ever they had I had saw. They ( my maternal uncle and aunt) are not happy with the somani Realtors pvt Ltd.
