  • good locality and natural surroundings.




  • Fast growing/developing area.




  • Very soon going under Pune corporation.




  • Having good construction quality.




  • Rates are also normal.




  • Very supportive staff.




  • we can also trust builder, very royal and good nature person.




  • I have book my row house in Diamond Regency Phase II (row house no - 31)
