I’m a genuine buyer at Sovereign Unnathi and I have been suffering lot of issues with the builders. You as a customer does not have any rights to raise your concern. The moment you raise any concern regarding the builder even on any of the groups, they track your corresponding apartment and cancel your booking. This is done even without your knowledge. They NEVER EVER responds to your email also does not encourage the customers going to their Offices.
My fair advise is that NEVER GO for the projects from these people.
