I could really feel your pain , I am also going through the same. we are writing the same thing in different ways. In troubled times try to keep anger & frustration out of your mind.

09/09/2013:-some allotees’ had a meeting with a politician as well, lot of folks are working on this issue independently and as a team. Its just matter of time till it gets resolved, I am looking at time line of 1-2 yr whether legal, political or internal for this to get resolved. Go legal is my advice, as that is something which will be in your control.
I wish we had option of rating 0 here, from my stand point 1 seems to be too high rating for this builder.(09/09/2013 this still holds good).
