Sovereign Developer and Infrastructure Limited have duped 1000 customer asking them for the extra money against the Agreement to Sell and using all the foul tricks to get money from people and putting the peoples in problem. They are very strong and bribe any person who helps customer.
We request common man not to buy any property from them; they have many other project like Sovereign Sonna & Sovereign Lake View which are not good. Please stay away from the property they trick people for money and when they get money they ask for more money. Even Nationalize Banks are in turn looted for home loans. Its causing huge losses to people and society.
I request every person please do not invest and pay anything to SDIL and any new buyer looking for the property please do not invest as all SDIL’s properties will be taken over by court and SDIL will dupe you.
