This is my first review for any product/service. I am writing because I want to alert other people who may get trapped like me by Sovereign developers. I have a booking in Sovereign Unnathi Project.
At time of booking they told there is no hidden charges in this project. But now when they started constructing the wall, they are charging hell lot of money for even basic amenities like- Washing Machine Point in Utility(35K), Provision of hole in the wall of kitchen for exhaust for the chimney(2K), Provision for AC Point(80K per AC), Changing the Western Style commode to Indian style commode(35K).
There are lot of other modification option they are providing with unacceptable price. These are some example which I feel should be a basic amenity in any apartment. But now they are charging the customer for these basic amenities. They are telling it’s no where mentioned in the Sale agreement that these amenities will be provided to you.
I would strongly recommend to avoid these sovereign developers. We are already trapped, be careful!!!
