I am a owner of Sowparnika Sanvi and this builder has not provided OC for past 8 years and now we got to know that he has defaulted in multiple projects. Their CRM team will not even respond to your emails. They will be good untill the final chq is received by them. Don’t fall for the trap of lower price, suffering is lot after that.
