I went for a site visit for flemance and columns tis sowparnika project. They called and requested.me to just come and see the sìte. If you like then you can book so I just went for site visit bit they forced me to book the flat and gave so manu offers so I booked the flats. But his chamnel partners mouli,


Animesh proposed me to have a drinkand


One more number +91973147xxxx called.me and asked to pay cab charges . After coming to home I informedmy friends they said that do not give any cheque just remove all the money so I removed all the money . Sowparnika sent a cab with broker animesh who asked me fpr drink when I declined he started calling and asking for cab charges not even cab charges he ised so many abusive words because I cancel ed thhe booking and he did not get any commission.from the next he started calling me and used abusive Buteveryday they are givingme threating. Only Animesh Mouli and one more number whichI have mentioned they are giving meharrassement. Amd keep calling. I have all the messages and call details. Sowparnika is a wrost builder . I informed sowaprnika director divya sree she said that will take action but nothing jas been done. Sowparnika is low class builder. They can do anything hell.

Unprofessional management especially new joinee HR is pathetic. This builder never meet promises and always keep problem in property. fake builder..do not waste money with this builder..

I am deeply disappointed with Sowparnika’s complete lack of empathy and professionalism towards its employees. During a time when I was unwell with a fever, I requested a simple 󌡎 bottle of water to take my medication, as nearby shops were closed on a Sunday. Instead of receiving even basic support, I was met with shocking indifference and hostility from the project in charge of Rhythm of Rain, who not only refused my request but also used foul language over such a small matter.


This incident highlights a serious issue with the company’s treatment of its employees. If this is how they regard their own staff, I can only imagine the level of care and service they provide to their customers. A company that fails to respect and support its workforce cannot be trusted to deliver quality service to homebuyers.


I strongly advise potential buyers and employees to reconsider their association with Sowparnika. A business that lacks basic human decency and professional ethics is not one worth investing in.

We placed our trust in Sowparnika Builders, paid in full, and moved in, but after 8 years, we still haven’t received the Occupancy Certificate (OC)!


Families are left in a difficult situation, unable to sell their apartments, access proper utilities, or find peace of mind. Meanwhile, Sowparnika continues to sell new projects while leaving existing customers without resolution.


Homebuyers, please be cautious! Do not rely on this builder. It is time for BBMP and RERA to take action to prevent more people from facing the same issues.

Steer clear of purchasing flats in Sowparnika. My experience has been nothing short of regrettable and financially draining. The management’s lack of effectiveness and minimal responsiveness post-deal are major concerns. Additionally, the construction quality falls far below expectations. Sadly, I’ve had to learn from my costly mistake of investing my hard-earned money in this venture.

They don’t provide proper documentation and CRM is very bad. They increase prices once in a week and pressurizes customers for registrations without providing the required documentation. Very far from the city. After registrations also, they are taking lot of time for getting building approvals.
