Spark Realty company is a fraud. They have cheated us and many more with false claims.
We have booked Develop plot in Bakori Village with them. After many follow ups and they have done registration.
But never did we got complete documentation with 7/12.
Now when we are trying to get in touch with them, they seems to be absconding and not picking up the calls as well.
Sumit Bhalotia is a big cheater. He just talk good but absolutely worthless.
I am trying to file a complaint against him with criminal charges. Also would like to know if there are others who want to work together so that these people will not get a free ride,
