A review about SREE KULADEVADHA CONSTRUCTIONS.
We decided to buy a flat with SKC on June 2011 which worth 35L. Jeeva’s Aathish was the project constructed in Kovilambakkam. As we were in the part of phase II, till 2012 the construction was not yet started. Everytime we ask for the progress, they will explain with some kind to lame excusses. There was a big drama between the marketting people and the builder but who knows what happened. hmmmmm. We contacted the builder finally and they said that we are in no touch with the marketting people as they did some fraud work with us. Now they claim that we are working as individual parties with our customers. This happened in around the end of 2012.
Now the work is in full swing for the phase II. We are expecting for the flat keys by April 2014. Hoping for the best.
