I was on Rent at Sree Shore Icon Apartment for 11 months, paid Rs. 24, 000/-monthly rent+ Security amount of Rs. 2 lakhs. This was a terrible apartment with poor parking faculty, no parking for guest, The guest were parking on road, Almost no water supply from month of March to June. The toilets were worse than public toilets as the sanitaryware were of very poor quality. Mosquitos plenty - Dengue prevalent. garbage disposal pathetic, heath and hygiene very poor.
On top of all this at the end of the contract almost lost my security amount to the landlord, had to undergo lot of harassment in order to recover my security amount. Avoid taking up house in this particular apartment.
