I am Mukesh Kumar Pandey here and I wanted to share my experience with the builder named Mr. T. Kishore Reddy. He is running company with different names so that it can create leagal problems to shut his earlier company.
We bought a flat 30 months back and if somebody will see it’s condition it’s pathetic.No generator no lift and no boundary wall also.
The floors are leaking from day one and construction is also very poor. Till now we are not having Khata Transfer and Kishore has lakhs of rupees pending on his name from different civic organisation. I can’t write everything here.
I only can request is if you are anyway planning to buy a flat from kishore you just visit the place where we are staying and you will change your mind. At least you talk to me and I can guide you free of cost to save you. Kishore has done 3-4 constructions yet and all are having pathatic conditions. Since we are duped already by kishore I wanted you people to please don’t buy kishore’s flat.
