.I had very bad and unprofessional experience in Chennai with prominent builders like Sobha Developers etc over the past many years.
However would like to share some good experience with one of the medium type builders. They are the S&S Foundaions Chennai.They are highly professional and a good builder coming up in Chennai.We bought an apartment from them and we rate them their construction and quality and service at 85%.They treat their customers well and ensure good quality product and services.So please don’t get carried away by big "names". There are excellent builders who can really deliver.
