Star Realcon is the worst construction company, projects will get delayed to your patience and then they will force you to take possession of semi constructed flat, will delay in providing you papers for loan and will then demand Late payment interest from you, In my case they lost my installment payment cheque and notified me after few days and for that delay as well I am liable to pay them Interest for delayed payment.
They will breach the terms in agreement to sale and will not even give you delayed penalty amount(wants me to forget it), also increase the flat amount whenever they want at their own will and the worst part is most of their employees are next to goons and will threaten you with dire consequences, even misbehave with senior citizens and keep you waiting in their offices when you go to meet them.
I’ve initiated legal action against them.
