Its your call, what do you want to do with your money. If you simply want to waste it, you can Sterling project is a very good option, if you want to waste your money.


Try speaking to any of its earlier customers or customers of Shalom(Brookfields), you can right away see their agony, pain and how Sterling behaves with them. This would be enough to make up your mind.


Once a Sterling Customer, never dare to be one again.

We agree that the project you are referring to is delayed. The buildings are basement+ 9 uppers floors and the blocks are nearing completion. Your initial payment was received on 2 Feb 2011. Your next payment was received on 16 May 2011. The payment on completion of foundation was received by 19 Dec 2011. We had billed you, for just 20% in 13 months. The delay was evident here itself. We regret the delay and the inconvenience that this may have caused you.Payments for completion of RCC slabs(65%) was billed between March 2012 and Jan 2013(10 months). On completion of brickwork, you were billed in June 2013 for 5% of value. Our billing is linked to progress of work and a delay in completion is detrimental to us. While we have to bear increased costs in construction, the contract value with you is fixed and bears no escalation clause. We are yet to bill you, for flooring that has been completed.It is surprising, that you mention about customers in the earlier phases of this project and our behavior with them. There are no complaints pending with the Associations. It is the very same satisfied customers that have recommended their family and friends to buy, from us. Our communication channels are always open. We meet or speak to all customers that call or visit us. A road map for the completion of construction was sent to all clients on 19 July 2014. Our earlier e-mails of 14 Nov 2013 and 21 April 2014 have explained the reasons for the delay in completion. We will expedite the completion of work without any compromise on the quality. Our Engineering Head is available at the site on the fourth Saturday of each month until project completion between 12 noon – 1 pm.Kindly meet us at our City Office. We will be happy to clarify, any doubts that you may have on the credibility of a company in existence for over 3 decades.
