I am going to sue mouthshut dot com for hiding all our reviews on Sterling developers. This is utter fraud by the website to highlight only good reviews from users and hide all bad reviews. How much were you paid by the builder? Now pay for it in courts. Sterling can go to any extent to market itself. Shame on their cheap tactics. There were plenty of bad reviews about sterling which are hidden. The developer cannot get more than 1 star for his pathetic attitude towards consumers.

Two Blocks are nearing completion and are being handed over to the owners for furnishing. The other two blocks are at an advanced stage of completion. We never compromise on the quality of work and are rated amongst the best in the industry.We have delivered 5 blocks(190 units) in one complex next to this project and 2 blocks - Phase 1(110 units) in this project earlier. It is the quality that you witnessed in the 300 units delivered that convinced you, to buy a property in Phase 2.We disagree on your opinion of the quality of doors and lock fittings and are more than willing to discuss this in person. The Lift is manufactured by Schindler, a very reputed company in the vertical transportation space and a single door is part of it’s design. A single or double door does not determine the quality of the elevator.We do not find your name or e-mail address in our records. Kindly indentify yourself with your Apartment no. / contact details.
