They are always escaping from us and not responding even though this project is already delayed by 2 years. Every one invested >50 Lacs and losing hope on their money.
Here is what they do after you book and pay the money,
They will not even respond to your calls
They will not respond to your mails
They will delay the project by at least 3 to 4 years. If you are a middle class person you are gone, you need to pay heavy EMI’s and rent for at least 3~ 4 years of delay
Even after such heavy delay they behave very odd with you, are you OK for such treatment after waiting for 5 years
They will tell ”take your money and go out”. Are you OK for such treatment even after paying them heavily years back?
Etc….
If you buy from them here is what you get,

You will lose your day to day sleep as you start losing your earnings
You will get very reckless answers and odd treatment from this builder

Are you ready to pay for such odd treatment? …. If you are salaried class person you have to bare huge burden(EMI and rent) if you choose Sterling. You may talk to anyone from Sterling Shalom and Sterling Brooke side, you will come to know buyers pains with financial struggles and agony.
