I am writing this as a anonymous because Sterling Homes & lands, Guindy are costomer service politically influenced and
can be threat to my life.
Going to the review. They promised a land for me and I had the entire amount. But they kept postponding the
registration which eventually did not happen. They did refund the entire amout till now the staff courtesy(been 3 yrs).
So, In short, Better to Avoid.
