Recently with the reference of the owner itself we have booked the flat on 10th floor at sukhwani araya.. we also paid the booking amount , the person filled the form and we started for the further process and told them it will take a week…they also gifted us on the booking their property later after a week we went with the cheques for agreement that time we got to know this people sold the same flat at higher cost and dint even informed us…this people plays with with the trust of the people and their emotions too…if they wanted to sell at higher price why the hell accepted our deal before at requested price… after taking booking amount filling the form u ppl are cheating on the constumers…is this a way of doing the property business….you bloody ppl are cheating and playing with ppl…need to banned such properties and their owners…!!!!
And during booking they agreed to sell the flats above 8 floor at discussed prize and know after doing such above also saying we dnt want to
SHAME ON YOU…!!!
